The process is simple and takes only a few minutes.

How to run as a candidate?

The deadline for submitting candidacies expired on July 15, 2026. If you missed the deadline, unfortunately it is not possible to submit a candidacy afterwards.

Steps for submitting a candidacy (for information):

The list must include a name, the details of the list holder, the list of candidates (first name, last name, index number, major, year of study) and their signatures.
2
Submit in person at the archive
The candidacy is submitted at the Faculty archive with the note: "For the Election Commission for conducting the elections for the ETF Student Parliament".
3
Send it electronically
After submitting in person, also send the documentation to the addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. Electronic submission does not replace submission in person.

2
Check the time and place
Find out about the exact time and location of the polling station at the faculty.
